Colaiste Choilm are through to the Paddy Drummond Cup final in Croke Park after a narrow one point win over Holy Rosary in Nenagh on Saturday.
Holy Rosary led by as much as 1-4 to no score early on as they looked to book their place in the All Ireland Senior ‘B’ football final but a Conor Hughes goal sparked the Cork side into life and the sides went into half-time level at 1-5 apiece.
Cian Kiely raised the green flag for Ballincollig to give them a four point lead late on and though Michael Daly bagged his second goal of the game in the closing stages, it was too little too late for the Mountbellew school.
